Turtle-y Awesome!

Did you know that Rogers Reservoir is home to several species of turtles? You may spot painted turtles sunning themselves (also called basking) up on logs or you may even see a female snapping turtle coming up to the edge of the trail to lay her eggs. There are 8 different species of turtles in Ontario.
